Naska.AI

Visual Identity & Motion Design

Naska.AI is a construction software powered by AI. It connects building plans (BIM models), on-site scans, and project schedules. The platform automatically compares what’s happening on-site with the original plan and timeline, giving teams clear, real-time updates. This helps reduce mistakes, delays, and extra costs.

Industry: B2B SaaS, AI.

Employer Branding

Overview

Formerly known as Scaled Robotics, the company underwent a full rebrand to reposition itself for growth and a new mission. Together with the marketing team, I developed the new brand identity, positioning, and visual communication system—extending from digital platforms to physical assets and employer branding.

Animation became a core element of the rebrand, bringing clarity and precision to complex stories.

Challenge

The rebrand from Scaled Robotics to Naska.AI marked a turning point for the company. The existing identity no longer reflected its global vision or the value of its AI-powered platform, which helps the construction industry gain a clearer perspective on project risk and uncertainty. Inspired by the idea behind the Nazca lines—where meaning is revealed from a broader view—the challenge was to translate this mission into a brand system that communicates trust, precision, and innovation, while remaining accessible across the construction sector.

Solution

We created a new identity system inspired by the aerial view of the Nasca lines, geometric structures, and data flows. The design language connects the platform’s technical foundation with a clear and human-centered visual style. Motion became a core storytelling tool, making invisible processes—like data comparisons, automation, and efficiency—visible and easy to understand for clients.

Employer Branding

For employer branding, the goal was to showcase the company’s culture in a fresh and engaging way. I adjusted the design to feel more dynamic and approachable, moving away from the typical corporate B2B style and creating visuals that could better connect with future talent.

My Role & Team

When I joined Naska.AI on a part-time role, there was no structured brand or graphic design system in place. My first task was to design the company’s visual communication and sales assets before the rebrand, which later became the foundation for understanding what needed to evolve.

As the company grew, I moved into a full-time role, and a marketing manager joined the team. Together, we led the full rebrand—from strategy and identity to digital and offline assets. I built guidelines, introduced motion into the brand, and redesigned the website, managing its development.

Beyond the rebrand, I owned the full creative output: brand identity, motion, photo, and video production. I worked closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure every design decision supported business goals.

Impact

The website redesign increased traffic by 112% and improved engagement, while the new motion language strengthened the brand’s presence across digital channels.
