Designing and animating motion assets for broadcast and stadium LED setups across teams and regions. Currently focused on broadcast.
Contributed to the brand's global expansion from 2 to 7 regions by delivering consistent motion assets across broadcast, digital platforms, and multi-screen stadium setups for 20+ regional splits and events.
Coordinated broadcast asset handoff and updates with external suppliers.
Proposed and co-built a Notion-based team knowledge base for asset specs, task documentation, and motion expressions library.
Contributed to expression-driven templates and automated motion toolkits.

Lamppost VFX is a VFX and animation studio for world-class film, TV, and advertising.
Conceptualized, designed, and animated on-set screen graphics — UI and fictional UI — for two Netflix productions, working independently within my zone of responsibility alongside a second motion designer. Collaborated with 2D and 3D artists, supervisors, production coordinators, and producers.

Naska.AI · Graphic and Motion Designer

Naska AI is an AI platform for construction, automating reality-to-plan comparisons, reducing risk and cost in large-scale projects globally.
Sole graphic and motion designer on the team, collaborated with marketing and product teams to cover all graphic, motion, and visual communication needs — from building the visual system from scratch to company rebrand and day-to-day creative requests.
Built the entire visual communication system from the ground up — presentations, illustrations, website design, email templates, sales collateral, and social media content — starting from a logo, color, and typeface only.
Developed the visual identity and brand guidelines during company rebrand from Scaled Robotics to Naska.AI, implementing them across all digital and offline materials. Introduced motion design as a core brand element for the first time.
Redesigned and launched the company website with integrated motion graphics, managing the development process — resulting in 112% traffic growth.
Directed, produced, and edited photo and video content, supporting marketing campaigns and internal communications.
Collaborated with the UX designer to create product illustrations across the platform.
Owned all ad-hoc design requests across the company — presentations, merchandising, infographics, newsletters, landing pages, and internal guides.

Designed, filmed, and launched a 3-month online course "AE for UI Designers" from scratch — covering After Effects and Lottie integration into Figma-based UI workflows, from file preparation to animation and project presentation.
Taught 7 groups of 150+ students via recorded videos and live webinars, providing personal feedback on 630+ homework submissions.
Interviewed, onboarded, and coordinated a team of 4 tutors, keeping course quality and materials up to date as new student groups started.

CTC Media Inc., founded in 1989, is a leading Russian media holding with 5 TV channels, digital platforms, apps, and TV show productions, reaching over 100 million viewers.
Led the digital design direction across the holding's products, combining hands-on design work with team management. Oversaw the visual quality of all digital output, reviewed team tasks, and coordinated work with product managers and engineers.
Managed and grew the in-house digital design team from 2 to 7 people.
Led redesigns of 4 channel websites, 2 Smart TV apps, and 1 mobile app.
Drove seasonal visual updates across web and social media — new look each season in sync with on-air rebranding.
Contributed to a cross-team initiative to standardize art formats across all digital products of the holding, reducing format fragmentation across platforms and apps.
Enhanced social media engagement by integrating animated content into social media strategy.
