Overview
I joined Naska.AI part-time to build its visual identity, and ended up co-leading its full rebrand.
The company was still called Scaled Robotics, having just shifted its focus from robots to software. My first task was designing the company's visual communication and sales assets — work that later became the foundation for the rebrand.
As the company grew, I moved into a full-time role. Together with a newly-hired marketing manager, I co-led the full rebrand that included strategy, identity, motion, and every digital and offline asset. I introduced motion into the brand for the first time, built the guidelines, and redesigned and managed development of the website.
I owned the full creative output (brand identity, motion, photo, and video production) working closely with leadership, marketing, and product to make sure every design decision supported the business.
The result: a website that grew traffic by 112%, and a brand system with a new motion language built to scale across every channel.
Building the New Identity
Naska.AI's old identity no longer matched its global vision or the value of its AI platform, which gives construction teams a clearer view of project risk. Inspired by the Nazca lines, where meaning only reveals itself from a wider view, I built a new identity system around aerial geometry and data flow, designed to read as precise and trustworthy without losing accessibility for a traditionally low-tech industry.
I used motion as the core storytelling tool, turning invisible processes like data comparisons, automation, and efficiency into something visible and easy to follow.

Employer Branding
For employer branding, I moved the visual language away from typical corporate B2B style, designing it to feel more dynamic and approachable and built to connect with future talent, not sell software.

What I Took from It
Naska.AI taught me to work fast, in short sprints, often with limited resources, and still ship a system that held together. I learned to connect product, marketing, and brand into one visual language, and to build that whole system from almost nothing. Motion became a core part of how the brand communicated, not decoration on top of it. Above all, it turned me into a creative generalist — someone who can take on brand, motion, photo, video, texts, and web, and make them work as one.
There really is a before and after Victoria in Naska.AI (previously Scaled Robotics). The way the company looks today is the result of her REALLY HARD work, which she undertook stoically, to say the least.
A person without the passion and skill that Victoria has wouldn't have been able to do it. She is an experienced Graphic Designer with great taste that would make any company or product shine. With her honed motion design skills, she can really make any design come to life.
But don't believe what I'm saying, please check her portfolio, it speaks for itself. She will be a great addition to any company that values excellent design, but, most importantly, values her.
I recommend her and would gladly work with her again on personal projects in the future.
